Heaven

To think high thoughts one's mind moves to Heaven, the place where God dwells! To understand the earth we are on it must be in contrast with the world we do not see. What we do not see is more important than what we do see.

Psalms 11:4 The LORD is in His holy temple,
The LORD’s throne is in heaven;
His eyes behold,
His eyelids test the sons of men.
5 The LORD tests the righteous,
But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates.

God's heaven is a holy place. His throne is the seat of all authority and power. If a decree leaves from His heaven than no man or angel will stop it. It shall be accomplished according to His word.

As believers, our desire should be to find the mind of our Lord. The Lord of heaven and earth is LORD. His will is key to finding why events are working out as they are.

Today, I heard a message on the infinity of time in heaven. If we live there 10,000 years, infinity has not yet begun. Time has no meaning when we live in infinity. We are going to never end learning to love our Lord and Saviour. For all eternity we will be given opportunity to worship our Lord.

If God brought a person that did not fully love Him into heaven for all eternity, it would be hell for that person. Only those who desire the LORD because and through the gift of the Son will enjoy all eternity coming to know God. To a saint there can be nothing better. Nothing higher! Ahhhhhhhhhh, Heaven!
